How would you redirect all email notifications to a selected email address to test notifications in a non-Production tenant?

Solution:

  1. Navigate to the task, “Edit Tenant Setup - Notifications”.

  1. Under “General Email Notification Settings”, add another row.

    In the [*Restriction] column, select “Redirect All Emails to Email Address” and enter the email address that should receive the test emails.

    In the [OMS Environment Selected for Restriction] column, select the tenant in which you’d like to redirect email notifications. Ensure that you remove this tenant from the existing row that has the “Disable All Notifications” setting.

  1. When you’re done testing, ensure that you remove the redirection settings and re-disable all notifications in the testing tenant. Otherwise, the email will continue to receive emails!
