As part of 2026R2’s feature enhancements, the old UI for Change Job is officially going away forever, and the new user experience is taking over across all Change Job transactions (you may already be using it for some).
What’s the point?
A more intuitive, streamlined, and efficient experience that’s specifically geared towards improving manager self-service.
And the good news is that Workday seamlessly auto-converts everything to the new UI for you (yes, even in-progress transactions).
